The work behind his own solo guitar arrangements of classic songs is truly impressive and compelling, having inspired me to want to try and do my own (!), although his talent, commitment and mastery of the acoustic guitar, along with his impeccable taste, would make that a useless endeavour. Much better to just sit back and enjoy these recordings of his great performances.“
